Unless explicitly stated on a product page:
Experiences are delivered by third-party providers.
HolidaySG may act as a booking facilitator and/or reseller/agent.
The provider remains responsible for operating and delivering the Experience.
👤 2. Eligibility and Responsible Use
By using the Website, you confirm:
You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement (generally 18+).
Information you submit is accurate and truthful.
Bookings for minors must be made by a responsible adult. You are responsible for all persons in your booking.
