We understand that travel plans can change. HolidaySG will do our best to assist with booking modifications whenever possible, subject to supplier policies and availability.

 

What You Can Request to Change

Depending on the product and supplier rules, we may be able to help with:

• Visit date changes
• Time slot changes
• Traveler name corrections
• Rescheduling requests
• Minor booking detail updates

 

All changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Important Before You Request

Please note the following:

• Not all bookings are changeable
• Some suppliers charge amendment fees
• Price differences may apply for new dates or time slots
• Requests must be submitted before the activity date

Last-minute or same-day modification requests are usually not possible.

 

When Changes Are Not Allowed

Modification requests may be rejected if:

• The booking has already been used
• The activity date has passed
• The supplier does not allow amendments
• The request is made too close to the activity time
• The ticket is marked non-changeable or final sale

In such cases, the booking remains valid as originally confirmed.

 

How to Request a Booking Change

Please contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

Booking ID

Lead traveller name

Requested new date/time

Reason for change

Our team will check with the supplier and respond as soon as possible.

 

Processing Time

• Most requests are processed within 24 hours
• Some suppliers may take 1–3 working days
• Urgent requests should be clearly mentioned in your message

 

Confirmation of Changes

A booking change is only confirmed once you receive an updated ticket or confirmation message from HolidaySG.
