How to Download Your Voucher

Step 1 – Check your email
Search for your Booking Confirmation email.

Step 2 – Open the message
Look for the PDF attachment or voucher link.

Step 3 – Download or save the voucher

You can print it or show the mobile version at the attraction.

Didn’t Receive Your Voucher?

Please check:

• Spam or junk email folders
• Promotions tab (Gmail users)
• WhatsApp messages from our team

Most missing voucher cases are found in spam folders.

Request a Voucher Resend

If you still cannot find your voucher, contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

Lead traveller name
