1) Participant age (age is determined by the date of birth on the passport): Guests aged 12-65 (those under 18 require a consent form signed by a guardian) Children aged 12-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Same price for adults and children aged 12 and above Under 18 requires parental consent. ② Weight: 50–100 kg Height: At least 130 cm ④ Clothing: Comfortable and appropriate attire – skirts, dresses, slippers, or shoes that easily slip off are not allowed. ⑤ Must be in good health and not pregnant. Must not have any of the following conditions: epilepsy, severe head trauma with periodic dizziness, brain or nervous system disorders, hypertension, heart or lung diseases, dislocated shoulder, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, no history of joint surgery, back surgery, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction. ⑥ Guests participating in the zipline must confirm that they strictly meet all the above requirements. Otherwise, if a guest provides false information or is unable to participate due to their physical condition after payment, the fee will not be refunded. Guests shall bear all consequences themselves. Guests must arrive 15 min before the scheduled time with their original passport or Emirates ID card. Any losses caused by cancellation or delay due to personal reasons will be borne by the guest. Important Notes The venue does not provide luggage storage facilities. The package includes digitally edited photos and videos, with on-site email collection, and they will be sent to the provided email address within 48 hr. Please note that the entire experience takes approximately 90 minutes, with the actual ride lasting one minute Mobile phones are not allowed during the zipline experience.
