How to use

Terms & conditions
- The ticket is valid for a selected date only
- It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
- Adult Ticket: Valid for individuals aged 13 years and older.
- Child Ticket: Valid for children aged 4 to 12 years.
- Children under 4 years old are eligible for free entry when accompanied by an adult.
- This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby-changing facilities.
- Accessibility: the exhibition is partially wheelchair accessible. Due to the building’s listing constraints, there is no access to the top floor.
- Our venue has a capacity inferior to 500 visitors at once and will follow COVID protocols established by the UK government. Currently, there are no face masks nor COVID-19 vaccination requirements in place to attend this experience
- Prohibited items at the experience: Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb the other patrons.
