However, the entire experience, including safety briefings, boarding, and queue time, may take longer. Dress Code: Comfortable, casual clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and dresses is recommended. Visitors from Aquaventure Waterpark can board the balloon in appropriate swimwear permitted by the waterpark. Accessibility: The Dubai Balloon is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Ground crew members are available to assist with boarding and unloading. Wheelchairs must have a locking system for security during the flight. Extra wheelchairs are available on-site. Age Policy: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+). One infant (under 3 years) flies free per paying adult (proof of age required). How to get There: Guests staying at Atlantis or spending the day at Aquaventure can reach the Dubai Balloon At Atlantis via the Avenues. External visitors who arrive by taxi can be dropped off at The Avenues and will be welcomed by a staff member who will direct you towards the ticketing office. If you are driving to The Dubai Balloon, please park at the Aquaventure Waterpark parking and a shuttle bus will transport you to the ticketing office. You can also access The Dubai Balloon At Atlantis via the monorail.
