By purchasing this ticket and/or attending the Jurassic World: The Experience (""Experience""), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Tickets

1.1 Access is valid based on your ticket type:

 

• 1.1.1 Off Peak – Off Peak ticket holder is permitted to gain admission only during designated Off Peak days. Please refer to the official schedule (“Official Schedule”) as defined by ASSET WORLD ATTRACTION AND RETAIL CO.,LTD. and NEON Group of companies (the ""Experience Promoter"").
• 1.1.2 Peak – Peak ticket holder has the flexibility to gain admission during designated anytime of Peak and Off Peak (After 4pm) days. Please refer to the Official Schedule

1.2. Tickets allow for ONE single entry only as the experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not be allowed to re-enter the Experience.

1.3 You are required to book a timeslot in advance so that you can enter the Experience venue at your preferred timing. Otherwise, you might be asked to return for a later timing if the Experience is operating at maximum capacity.

1.4 Ticket is valid for (Age is calculated according to date of birth):

 

• 1.4.1 Adult: aged from 11 years and above.
• 1.4.2 Child: aged between 3 - 10 years. Children age below eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied by at least one adult age over 18 years old. The accompanying adult/ guardian acknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions.
• 1.4.3 Child under three (3) years old is free of charge.

1.5. The operating hours of the Experience may change without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to visit the Jurassic World: The Experience – Bangkok website for updates before planning their visit.

1.6 Lost Tickets or damage ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded.

 

General

 

1.7 Tickets shall not be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by the Experience Promoter.

1.8 Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the Experience Promoter, its partners, vendors, officers and employees, shall not be liable for any damage, injury, illness, loss, cost and/or expense that you may suffer or incur as a result of your attendance at the Experience and/or utilization of the ticket or voucher.

1.9 The Experience venue and premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.

1.10 You consent to the filming or recording and use of your image, photograph, video and/or other recording by the Experience Promoter or its appointed vendor for marketing and promotional purposes.

1.11 The Experience Promoter reserves the right to remove guests with unruly or disruptive behavior, from the Experience venue.

1.12 Any personal data collected by the Experience Promoter, its partners or vendors at the Experience shall be in accordance with the Experience Promoter's Privacy Policy (available on the Jurassic World: The Experience – Bangkok website)

1.13 Strictly no outside food or beverages are permitted on the Experience venue.

1.14 Prohibited Items The following items are not allowed within the exhibit:

 

• Items that may pose a risk to visitors or dinosaurs such as long sticks, knives, selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
• Smoking or vaping
• Pets
• Food or beverages (except for water for children)

1.15 Health Warning - This experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud noises, and realistic moving robotic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for individuals with health conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when attending.

1.16 Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants are not permitted to enter the venue.

1.17 Do not touch any dinosaurs unless instructed by staff. The dinosaurs in the exhibit are mechanical devices that may pose a risk. Guests will have a special opportunity to touch and interact with the baby dinosaurs under staff supervision.

1.18 All staff will communicate in English or Thai only

Serious injuries may occur and could result in injury or death, including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, fainting, muscle strain, cuts and bruises, falls, fractures, sprains, whiplash, abrasions, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability. Therefore, this ride may not be suitable for all guests.

2. RIDER QUALIFICATIONS

 

• 2.1 Minimum height 120 cm.
• 2.2 Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.
• 2.3 Riders with Heart or cardiovascular issues, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory concerns, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, pregnancy, or recent surgery, injury, or mobility limitation preventing proper restraint use are not permitted.
• 2.4 Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
• 2.5 Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety lock will not be allowed to ride.

 

3. RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 

• 3.1 No mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses or pets allowed on the ride.
• 3.2 Loose items must be stored in lockers or with a non-rider.
• 3.3 Empty all pockets before boarding.
• 3.4 Follow staff instructions at all times.
• 3.5 Failure to comply with the ride rules and regulations including staff instructions will result in denied entry or removal without refund.

 

4. GENERAL PARK RULES

 

• 4.1 No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior
• 4.2 Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
• 4.3 No smoking, vaping, or open flames
• 4.4 No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside
• 4.5 AARC reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk.

 

5. TICKETS & CANCELLATION

 

• 5.1 Each ticket is valid for one (1) SkyFlyers ride on the specified date and time only.
• 5.2 Advance timeslot booking required
• 5.3 Operating Hours:
• Monday – Sunday: 13:00 – 22:00
• Remarks: Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
• 5.4 Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
• 5.5 Tickets are non-refundable and not freely transferable. If a ticket needs to be transferred, the rider must contact the admission crew to complete and sign the waiver form before riding. Failure to comply will result in denied access to the ride, and the rider will be solely responsible for any consequences or damage that may occur.
• 5.6 In case of suspension (e.g., weather or technical issues), reschedule or refund is at AARC’s sole discretion.

 

6. SAFE PLACE POLICY 

 

• SkyFlyers is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Any guest experiencing harassment, discrimination, or distress may notify staff for immediate assistance.

 

7. WAIVER, RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK 

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the ride, guests agree to the following:

 

• 7.1 Participation involves inherent physical risks, including dizziness, motion sickness, or injury.
• 7.2 Guests assume all risks and dangers related to the ride.
• 7.3 AARC, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss.
• 7.4 Guests waive the right to sue or make any claim against AARC or its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and contractors
• 7.5 Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of guests.
• 7.6 Any injury or accident must be reported to staff before leaving the premises.

 

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

All disputes shall be resolved under the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) rules unless otherwise required by law.

 

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

AARC reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. AARC

The latest version published at the time of purchase or ride participation shall apply.
