KidsSTOP™:

• Admission to KidsSTOP™ requires that a child be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age. Children will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.

• No admittance to KidsSTOP™ for adults unaccompanied by a child.

• Admission is complimentary for children below 18 months.
• Admission is complimentary for senior citizen above 60 years old during off-peak only.
• Strollers are not permitted within KidsSTOP™ for safety reasons. A designated stroller parking is available for guests.
• Socks are required at specific exhibits. Purchase of socks can be made at KidsSTOP™ vending machine if required.
• KidsSTOP™ reserves the right to turn away visitors in the event of insufficient capacity.

9. SCS may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event/movie due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
10. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
11. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
12. Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. SCS reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of promotions & discounts without any prior notice.

Science Centre Singapore and Group of Attractions Admission Ticket:

• Valid for one (1) guest only.
• Last entry to our attractions is 45 minutes before session end time. Please arrive early if you plan to visit multiple attractions.
• SCS will not be responsible for unauthorised duplication, lost or stolen e-tickets.

 

Refund (Event / Movie Cancellation by SCS Prior to Performance):

1. If an event/movie is postponed or cancelled by SCS, SCS will endeavour to inform the customer via telephone or email where possible. Any refund made by SCS shall be in accordance with the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. SCS shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the paid amount under any circumstances.
2. In the event of cancellation by SCS, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall be refunded back to the same credit cards. Refund will not be entertained if customer does not claim the refund within 1 month from the date of cancellation.

Omni-Theatre:

• Each Omni-Theatre Movie E-ticket is entitled to one (1) movie ONLY.
• The movie/show starts punctually so do arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime.

Entry into E.S.C.

As the Science Centre will be open from 10am - 5pm only, you can make your way to E.S.C. for your booked session via the main entrance if it is before 5pm. After 5pm, please enter via the Annexe drop-off point.

Complimentary entry via the Science Centre Main Entrance will only be valid for the date booked.

General Admission Rules.

1. Museum of Humankind and Shangri-la are recommended for ages 13 and above, while Dr.X is recommended for ages 18 years and above. Each room can take 4 to 8 players and will require a minimum of 2 pax to start. You will not be able to purchase tickets quantity lower than the minimum numbers.
2. Each child age below 12 must have a valid ticket and accompanied by a paying adult (of at least 18 years old).
3. It is mandatory to complete an indemnity form which will be administered digitally upon your arrival. For children aged 12 and below, the accompanying paying adult(s) of at least 18 years old must complete the form on their behalf.
4. If you want to play exclusively with less than 8 pax, we recommend that you book out all the slots for the session. Otherwise, other groups may be able to join your group in the session.
5. For your own safety, please wear covered flat shoes for all our rooms. We do not recommend wearing skirts or heels as there are some physical elements in our rooms.
6. Please arrive at least 15 mins before the start time of your session. If you are late (within 20 mins of your start time), your session may be cut short. If you are later than 20 mins, your session may be forfeited. No refund will be given in such cases.
7. Guests are responsible for managing their own door gifts and personal belongings. The venue will not be responsible for handling, storing, or safekeeping these items.
8. While different packages may indicate varying capacities, all birthday bookings are subject to the same space limitations and safety regulations stated above.
9. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate the booking, or remove any guest who does not comply with the above Terms & Conditions.
10. No refunds will be provided in the event of non-compliance or breaches of these terms.
