How to use

Terms & conditions
- The age limit for children is based on their age on the ticket purchase date. The child's passport or other age verification documents must be presented.
- Children under 6 years old do not need to purchase a pass if they do not book a seat.
- An additional fee is required for green car (first class) and GranClass premium car seating.
- The round-trip pass is not applicable for youth deals (including student deals).
- Each traveler can only use one JR east Japan rail pass during their trip in Japan. (When expiration dates overlap, purchasing the same type of pass is not allowed)
