How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
- The age limit for children is based on their age on the ticket purchase date. The child's passport or other age verification documents must be presented.
- Children under 6 years old do not need to purchase a pass if they do not book a seat.
- An additional fee is required for green (first-class) cars and GranClass premium cars.
- The round-trip pass is not applicable to youth deals (including student deals).
- Each traveler is limited to using only 1 JR East Japan Rail Pass during their trip in Japan. (When expiration dates overlap, purchasing the same type of pass is not allowed)
