If you have already entered but encounter special circumstances (such as temporary cable car suspension or accidental purchase) and need to request a refund or change, you must find staff on-site to register and process the refund. If you leave the site without authorization, no refund requests will be processed. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day for specific procedures. 3.
