Kids City

For the safety of our guests, certain facilities have age, height, and/or weight restrictions. Guests must comply with the relevant requirements. Kids' City reserves the right to amend these requirements without prior notice. This ticket covers the cost for 1 adult and 1 child with a 2-hour duration. Additional children or extended playtime require on-site ticket upgrades. Fees are subject to the attraction's pricing. All visitors must follow the entry guidelines for Kids' City and present a valid ID for registration. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests must wear appropriate attire; children must wear long-sleeved tops, full-length pants, and socks, while parents must wear socks. Guests not wearing proper clothing and socks will not be allowed entry. Regardless of age, masks must be worn at all times. The admission ticket is only valid for the designated date. However, the opening hours, facilities, and performances at Kids' City may be subject to change, and management is not obligated to provide refunds or ticket exchanges. Once an admission ticket is sold, the transaction is considered complete. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Admission tickets should be purchased directly from authorized ticket outlets and official ticket offices approved by management. Guests who purchase tickets through unauthorized channels, such as resold tickets, will be denied entry. The admission ticket can only be used for entry to Kids' City. The ticket may not be resold or attempted to be resold at a higher price (whether through online auctions or other means), or used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to commercial competition and promotional offers) or to promote other goods or services, unless approved by management. Management reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets and prohibit such ticket holders from entering Kids' City, with no refund provided. Management will not be held liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or ticket reimbursements, and shall not be deemed in violation of these terms and conditions. Management also assumes no responsibility for consequences arising from delays or cancellations of special events due to factors beyond its control, nor will it provide any compensation beyond the ticket price. Children aged 1–17 require one admission ticket per person, which includes one accompanying adult free of charge. Guests purchasing, claiming, or collecting tickets must present a valid ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used for purchase or relevant confirmation documents (if applicable). All tickets are printed with unique serial numbers and security verification. Anyone holding any other ticket will be denied entry and may face legal action. If the ticket holder is found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, or if the admission ticket is discovered to have been issued in error or mishandled during the redemption process, management reserves the right to modify or cancel this transaction. Ticket holders are fully responsible for transportation to and from Kids' City. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for any changes, delays, service suspensions, postponements, or cancellations of land, sea, or air transportation. Guests assume all risks associated with using amusement facilities before, during, or after use; management shall not be liable or provide compensation for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death. Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited. Selling goods, services, admission tickets, or conducting any customer surveys without approval is not permitted. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest displaying unruly, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior that affects others' enjoyment of the attractions or poses a safety threat. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Guests causing disturbances, behaving inappropriately, or failing to comply with management's instructions will be asked to leave without refund or compensation. For security reasons, ticket holders may be required to undergo inspection before entering the venue. All handbags, parcels, or other personal items must be opened for inspection. Any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management (including but not limited to glass bottles, aluminum cans, or knives) are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Management will not be responsible for any impact caused by force majeure factors, such as power outages, fires, explosions, floods, typhoons, heavy rain or similar disasters, strikes, labor disputes, unusually severe weather, war, rebellion, riots, civil unrest, acts or threats of terrorism, natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, industrial actions, national or local government decrees or regulations, government directives or laws, or any other reasonable causes beyond its control. Without prejudice to clauses 5 and 18, in the event of any activity rescheduling or closure of Kids' City, regardless of whether the admission ticket was purchased as part of a travel package, management shall only be responsible for exchanging the ticket or refunding part or the full face value of the ticket, and will only issue refunds to the ticket holder. Complimentary tickets will not be eligible for cash refunds. In case of any disputes, management reserves the final decision-making right regarding disputes or issues related to admission tickets and entry. According to Macau law, smoking is prohibited within the entertainment facilities of Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited. Complimentary tickets are non-refundable. If the Kids' City venue or amusement facilities are closed, holders of complimentary tickets should contact the issuing department to arrange ticket redemption. Please refer to the Kids' City venue entry terms for details on restrictions regarding pregnant guests, health conditions, late arrivals, parental consent for minors, age requirements, and photography/videography. The admission ticket does not apply to any purchases at Kids' City boutiques, energy stations, creative workshops, interactive games, or arcade games. If the guardian/parent fails to pick up the child within the operating hours (before 7:00 PM), Kids' City will charge a supervision fee of MOP 500 per hour.
