- Valet Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available while dining at Atlantis.
- Late Arrivals: Guests must inform the restaurant if they will be more than 15 minutes late by calling +971 4 426 2626. Reservations may be reallocated based on availability.
- Children’s Policy: Children aged 0-3 enter for free.
- Luggage Policy: Large luggage is not allowed inside the restaurant and cannot be stored at the venue. Hotel guests may store luggage at the hotel reception.
