- After 7.15 pm, only skaters 14 years old and above are admitted to the rink.
- It is mandatory for all skaters to wear the provided safety gear during open sessions.
- Helmets are available at additional cost. (mandatory for kids aged 5–14)
- The skatepark has a capacity of 110 skaters.
- The venue can host up to 40 non-skaters.
- Skate floor referees are available to assist everyone and assure their safety.
- No eating or drinking is allowed on the skating rink
- The minimum accepted age is 5 years.
