- Skate floor referees are present to assist skaters and ensure safety.
- No eating or drinking is allowed on the skating rink.
- The minimum age requirement is 5 years old.
- It is mandatory for all skaters to wear safety gear during open sessions.
- It is mandatory for kids aged 5–14 to wear safety gear and helmets.
- The skatepark has a capacity of 110 skaters.The venue can host up to 40 non-skaters.
- Skate floor referees are available to assist everyone and assure their safety
- Booking can be refunded if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Within 24 of the session, it is strictly Non-refundable.
