1. Customers should arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes before the show starts.
2. Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to watch the show.
3. Only legal holders of valid admission ticket are allowed to enter the relevant venue/ activity. One ticket per person, regardless of age.
Children are exempt from the ticket requirement if they present valid identification.
Children are free.
4. The guest is solely responsible for the transportation to and from the venue.
In the event of cancellation, guests are not allowed to refund or redeem ticket.
5. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you arrive at the venue to collect admission ticket at least 1 hour before the show.
6. Management (if applicable) reserves the right to determine the time and manner of admission of customers and reserves the right to refuse any customer who behaves in a disorderly, impolite or

10. In order to provide, ensure and maintain a safe, sanitary and healthy environment within the venue, the management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest they suspect may cause adverse effects to other guests or employees.
11. Refunds or exchanges of admission ticket will be made to customers in accordance with clause 6.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the theatre.
2. The sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages (if permitted at the relevant activity) is only available to customers 18 years of age and over.
3. Mobile phones, all portable communication devices or any other electronic devices should be prohibited within the venue to avoid disrupting the activity.
4. The use of cameras, audio and video recorders is not permitted within the venue unless prior authorization is obtained from the management (where applicable).
The use of equipment to record or transmit (by digital or other means) any audio, video or audio-visual material in any venue is strictly prohibited
or any information or data.
5. Unauthorized recording devices, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated, destroyed or deleted.
6. The following items are not allowed into the theatre:
• Outside Food and beverages
• Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (unless purchased at the theatre)
• Any form of professional photography or video equipment (including cameras, Polaroid cameras, laptops, tablets, drones,

• Long-handled umbrellas, large handbags, luggage
• Pets (service animals allowed)
• Aerosol cans, fireworks, laser lights
• Knives or other dangerous weapons
• Banners, bunting and metal flagpoles
• Whistle or any noise-making tool
• Glass bottles, confetti or paper scraps
• Any prohibited items that management deems to be dangerous or inappropriate
7. Throwing any objects onto the stage is strictly prohibited, and the use of flash photography, laser pointers or other similar devices is also prohibited.
8. Any unauthorized solicitation, sale of goods or admission ticket, services, or customer surveys of any kind is prohibited.
9. Guests must wear clothing suitable for public places and must wear shoes. Guests who are not wearing appropriate clothing and/or barefoot will not be allowed to enter.

10. The Client must observe and follow all announcements, instructions, restrictions, warnings or regulations relating to the venue/ activity.
