Children under 5 years old, pregnant women, and individuals over 70 years old cannot participate. Children aged 5–11 are charged at the child rate, while those aged 12 and above are charged at the adult rate. A double fee will be charged for individuals weighing over 125 kg (contact customer support for details). All times mentioned are approximate and subject to the arrangements of the staff on the day of the trip. The end time of the trip varies depending on the package, and the return time to the hotel will be confirmed on the day. It is not recommended to book other activities in the morning. All packages do not include falcon photo opportunities, photos, or videos. These can be purchased separately on-site if needed. The Dubai hot air balloon operates from September to the end of May each year (exact dates subject to official notice). In summer, pick-up usually starts around 3:00 AM, while in winter, it starts around 4:00 AM. The exact time will be confirmed by customer support the day before. Travelers must arrive at the hotel lobby on time at the agreed-upon time. If the guest cannot be contacted or does not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the driver will leave to pick up other guests, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible. The hot air balloon ride is primarily for sunrise viewing, so timing is critical. If travelers miss the pick-up time due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or changes will be accepted. The hot air balloon floats at an altitude of approximately 1,500m for about 30–60 minutes, though the exact height and duration may vary due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. The flight direction and distance depend on wind and weather conditions, so the scenery may vary slightly each time. Visibility during the flight also depends on the day's weather, and there is no guarantee of seeing the sunrise. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as they are free-roaming and unpredictable. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, cardiovascular conditions, fear of heights or flying, those who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months, or those with disabilities or physical conditions unsuitable for high-altitude activities should not book this experience. Guests with health concerns should participate with caution. We and the attraction are not responsible for any accidents caused by guests concealing their medical conditions. Since climbing in and out of the balloon basket is required, it is recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid skirts, shorts, and high heels. As the hot air balloon ride takes place in the early morning when temperatures are cooler, bringing a warm jacket is advised. If the activity is canceled due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered (though last-minute cancellations for safety reasons may occur). Refunds, if chosen, will be processed within approximately 2–3 weeks after verification by customer support. For daytime desert activities, bring a sun hat, sunglasses, a scarf, and sunscreen for protection. For those booking both the hot air balloon and Dubai desert safari, no partial refunds will be given if the sunrise or sunset is missed due to weather or traffic.
