What to expect

Fuji-Q Highland is one of Japan’s most famous amusement parks, located near the base of Mount Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture. How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

The one-day pass does not include certain items. Please check the inclusions carefully.
Do not manually slide the barcode frame on the e-voucher. If the attraction mistakenly considers the ticket as used due to this action, you will not be allowed to use the ticket further and no refund will be issued. Please let the staff handle the redemption.
Redemption Process
1. Collect redemption voucher
Please collect all redemption vouchers (including meal vouchers, play vouchers, and merchandise redemption vouchers) in one go at the ticket counter of either the first or second entrance when entering the park.
2. Using Dining Vouchers
Food Stadium: Scan the barcode of your meal voucher at the ticket machine to receive your meal ticket.
RMcafé: Present your meal voucher directly to the staff to place your order.
3. Exchange for cookies and Juejiao Shaobing
Both cookies and grilled skewers can only be redeemed at SHOP FUJIYAMA.
We recommend exchanging them on your way out for convenience. If exchanging before entry, please keep them with you to prevent loss.

The Screaming Burn redemption counter is located at the dedicated counter inside SHOP FUJIYAMA. Please present the corresponding redemption voucher.
