  • The provided pick-up time is approximate and may vary by 15-20 minutes due to external factors such as traffic or road closures. 
  • Please be ready in the hotel’s main lobby before the scheduled time and inform the Hotel Concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour pick-up.
  • Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan. Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause least offence. 
  • It is not permitted for our clients to leave transport with the bottles in their hands whilst on the tour. 
  • Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803. 
  • • Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • 
  • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. • 
  • Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour. •
  • Present a valid voucher copy upon meeting your guide. 
  • We advise you to wear comfortable shoes and all guests must adhere to the local dress code requirements (modest clothing with shoulders and knees covered). 
  • We also recommend wearing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat, especially during the summer months
