The experience is held indoors at Festival City Shopping Mall, Level 2, North Entrance (near Hard Rock Cafe / Marks & Spencer). The venue is fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Animals, including service animals, are not permitted inside the venue. This is a walkthrough experience; limited seating is available for short rest breaks. Casual clothing is recommended. Guests usually spend approximately 1 hour at the experience. VR includes an audio guide; the exhibition areas do not. The experience does not include strobe lighting.
