Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect ticket type (adult/child) is selected. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or inclement weather closures. Pregnant guests must consult their physician before participating. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time; late arrivals (15+ minutes) will be considered a no-show. Same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark is included; the park closes at 5:30 PM. Expect long queues during peak seasons. Photos are not included but can be purchased at the Photo Counter. Severe weather may result in temporary closures without refunds. Your scheduled time is for check-in, not the actual kayaking experience. Kayak alongside the resident dolphins at the beautiful Dolphin Bay Lagoon surrounded by lush and tropical landscaping. With the naturally curious dolphins, you will find yourself being surrounded and might even get to see them right up the edge of your kayak for a truly magical moment. This experience is a great enrichment activity for the dolphins and a fun way to learn about their behaviours in an engaging way.
