ー How to Use ー
- Eligibility: Adults (12 years and older), children (6 to 11 years old)
- Set ticket : Includes a "Kakehashi" Expressway round-trip bus ticket (departing from the Osaka / Kobe area) and a ride-all-you-can 2-day pass on the "Awashin Awahime Bus", Awaji City Route Community and Sightseeing Bus.
- Usage period: Valid for 2 days from the date of first use. (Valid for two days including the date of form completion or when you have affixed your seal). It becomes invalid after validity expires.
- Redemption deadline: Set ticket redemption must be made within 2 months of issuance of voucher.
- Scope of Use:
- "Kakehashi" Expressway Bus round-trip bus ticket
- Departure / Arrival in Osaka area: JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal) or Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal ⇔ Nijigen No Mori or Awaji Interchange-Sumoto Bus Center or Sumoto Hot Spring Town
- Departure and arrival in the Kobe area: Shin-Kobe Station or Sannomiya Bus Terminal ⇔ Nijigen No Mori or Awaji Interchange-Sumoto Bus Center or Sumoto Hot Spring Town
*The Expressway Bus may only be taken twice, once on the way to and once on the way back. However, on some buses ("Kakehashi Nijigen No Mori", "Kakehashi Sumoto Hot Spring", "Nijigen No Mori Sumoto Hot Spring"), you can get on and get off multiple times at Awaji Island (Nijigen No Mori - Sumoto Bus Center or Sumoto Hot Spring). (Please note that you cannot get on and get off only from Sumoto Bus Center until Sumoto Hot Spring.)

-Related measures inside the bus-
- The vehicles' interiors are continuously ventilated. In addition, fresh air from the outside is brought in through the outside air circulation mode, replacing the air inside the vehicles approximately every five minutes.
- Partitions are placed between seats to prevent any droplets from spreading.
- Antiviral and antibacterial treatment (*sprayed with photocatalyst) are applied to the interior of the vehicles to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.
- The vehicles interiors are disinfected at the end of each run. Common areas such as handrails and toilets are regularly wiped and disinfected.
- In addition to the Ticket Center, alcohol sanitizers are available for customers inside the Expressway Buses.
- Crew and ticket counter staff wear face masks and check their temperatures prior to work, and do their utmost to prevent infection by washing hands, gargling, and disinfecting with alcohol during work.

- We ask that you maintain a certain distance between passengers at the bus depots and at the Ticket Center.
- We also ask our customers to wear face masks to prevent infection while inside the vehicles.
- Please refrain from talking in loud voices inside the buses etc.
- Please use hand sanitizer when boarding the bus.
- Redemption Method -
• Usage period: Valid for 2 days from the date of first use. (Valid for two days including the date of form completion or stamping your seal.) It becomes invalid after the expiration of validity.
• Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the designated JR Bus counter (1) at the Bus Ticket Center in Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal for travel to/from Osaka area, or at the (2) JR Bus Ticket Counter in Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe) for travel to/from Kobe area, and redeem it for a set ticket.
- Redemption point
• Redeem your electronic voucher for JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal), Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal ⇔ Nijigen no Mori or Awaji Interchange - Sumoto Bus Center, Sumoto Hot Spring Resort at the Bus Ticket Center of Osaka Station JR Expressway Bus Terminal for a set ticket. • Redeem Shin-Kobe Station or Sannomiya Bus Terminal ⇔ Nijigen No Mori or Awaji Interchange-Sumoto Bus Center or Sumoto Hot Spring Town electronic vouchers for set tickets at the JR Bus Ticket Counter in the Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe).
• Set tickets can be redeemed from 2 months after the issue date or at 10:00am one month and one day before the boarding date. - Inform the staff of your desired boarding date at the time of redemption. The staff will stamp the date on the set ticket.
• If you wish to reserve a seat on an Expressway Bus, we will issue a reserved-seat ticket for "outbound trip" and "return trip" and hand it along with your set ticket. * Please note, if the bus of your choice is full, you may be asked to board the next available bus or take unreserved seats.
- How to Use
• Expressway Bus Information: Specify your seat location at the JR Bus counter when redeeming. However, note that if the bus of your choice is full, you may be asked to board the next available bus or take unreserved seats.
• Boarding the bus
1. Show your ride-all-you-can bus ticket when you get on and get down the bus. Please board from the front door and proceed to the rear of the bus.
2. There is no need to pick up a numbered ticket.
3. If you have a non-reserved seat ticket, please use a vacant seat. If you have a reserved seat ticket, please use the seat indicated on the ticket.
4. Standing is not permitted as the bus operates on the highway. If the bus is full, please board the next available bus.
5. Fasten your seat belt while the bus is in motion.
• Getting down from the bus
1. If there is an announcement of a bus stop, let the crew know by pressing the get-down button near you. If the driver does not receive notification, the bus will not stop.
2. When the bus is completely stopped and the door opens, proceed to the front door.
3. The crew will check your ride-all-you-can bus ticket. Show the date to the crew before exiting. The crew may request to see the front of your ticket as well.

• Boarding the bus
1. There is a single entrance near the front of the bus. Allow everyone to exit the bus first before boarding.
2. At the time of boarding, the crew will check your ride-all-you-can bus ticket. Show the date on the ticket to the crew. The crew may request to see the front of the ticket as well.
• Getting down from the bus
1. If there is an announcement of a bus stop, let the crew know by pressing the get-down button near you. If the driver does not receive notification, the bus will not stop.
2. When the bus stops completely and the door opens, proceed to the door.
3. Exit the bus if you have a ride-all-you-can ticket.
