Utilize the toll parking lots surrounding Akame Creek as there is no dedicated parking lot. Inquire about rates at each parking lot Find coin lockers at the Akame Natural History Museum for convenient storage. Store large luggage at the counter (charges may apply) Discover a restroom near Senju Falls, approximately 15 minutes from the entrance. Before entering the valley, use the public restrooms located around the parking lot as there is no restroom inside the Japan Salamander Center Experience the vibrant fall foliage starting at the mountaintop towards the end of October. The best time to enjoy the autumn leaves in the valley as a whole is early to mid-November Take note that the valley holds the designation of a National Parks Act Type 1 area, prohibiting the collection and movement of plants and animals. Please respect this regulation Encounter numerous Japanese giant salamanders in Akame Valley, but refrain from touching them as they are designated as special natural monuments Re-entry is permitted only on the same day. Present your ticket at the ticket counter for re-entry
