At the top of the tower is Harukas 300 Observatory, spanning the 58th to 60th floors. From the open-air sky corridor and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels, guests can enjoy 360-degree views of Osaka’s skyline, stretching as far as Kyoto, Kobe, and even Awaji Island on clear days. The observatory also features a thrilling glass floor section, perfect for capturing memorable photos.
