Located on the top floors (58–60F) of the Abeno Harukas building, the observatory provides a 360-degree view stretching as far as Kyoto, Kobe, and even Awaji Island on a clear day. Visitors can enjoy a modern, airy space with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, a stylish café, and occasional seasonal light-up events.
