If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled, and guests will be notified by email 4 days before the departure date. Important Notes This activity is not recommended for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnant women. If a traveler leaves the group without permission, the booking will be considered invalid and no refund will be provided. Travelers are responsible for any personal injury or property damage if they separate from the group. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations due to personal reasons. Arrival times at each destination may vary due to traffic, weather, or crowd levels. Parking outside scenic areas may be restricted due to local regulations. According to Japanese law, the driver’s working hours are limited to 10 hours. The itinerary may be adjusted, including shortening sightseeing time or cancelling certain attractions if necessary. Changes due to operational or legal requirements will not be considered a valid reason for refunds.
