1. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals after the bus departs. Instructors are responsible for teaching skiing knowledge and techniques, not for personal safety, and cannot attend to all guests in the group. Please assess your abilities and ski within your limits. 6. This itinerary does not include insurance. We recommend purchasing travel insurance or accident insurance before your departure. 7. If the activity is canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors, you will receive a full refund. 8. Depending on the ski resort's operating conditions, we may cancel the trip or change the ski resort. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued. 9. Skiing is a high-risk outdoor activity. Travelers must assess their health condition and ability to determine if they are suitable to participate. Before boarding the cable car, the instructor will provide safety advice based on your skill level. In principle, every guest can ride the cable car, but please be sure to follow the instructor's safety recommendations. The tour bus has been fully sanitized and is equipped with disinfectant. 14. Passengers must wear masks throughout the journey and undergo temperature checks before boarding. If a passenger's temperature is ≥37.5°C or they show signs of discomfort, we reserve the right to deny boarding. 15.
